Me + My Boys

I just realized I haven't posted anything in almost a year, so that sucks. I'm going to do a big update then try to post at least once a month again. Mostly for myself, because I'm probably the only one who still looks at this and it was nice looking back and seeing how Carson has grown. So, here we go, a short update by month:

January 2013:

I turned 30 (boo), we went to Gatlinburg, TN with Carson for the first time and it snowed!

February 2013:

Um...we didn't do much.

March 2013:

Did a Spring photo shoot of Carson and Rocky, went shooting, discovered Carson loves Starbucks, got mommy and son tats, went to an Easter egg hunt, and dyed eggs!

April 2013:

Went to Washington!!!! Carson turned 2 and had 2 parties! (Does that mean he has to have 3 parties next year??)

May 2013:

Shane and I went to the Darius Rucker concert!

June 2013:

Did a photo shoot of Carson for Father's day, went out on the boat, and Carson had his first trip to the ER :(

July 2013:

Went to the beach!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was the best beach trip ever. Staying for a full week was so nice. The beach house was crunchy and perfect. Laying on the beach, swimming, napping, reading all day, no makeup or brushing my hair, bare feet and a bathing suit!--that is the life! I would go back there a million times, we had so much fun and I can't wait to go again and again. I can't even explain how perfect it was to not have any worries and to just live and enjoy life without interruption or hurrying about. That is how life is supposed to be and I'm thankful that I got one week to really experience that and take everything in and relax.
