Crawling boy??

Maybe soon! Here's a video of Carson almost crawling. He's on his hands and knees but doesn't know what to do after that!

Big Boy Bath.

Carson took his first big boy bath now that he can sit up the other night, but I forgot the camera so he took another one tonight. He gets so excited that he has the whole tub to splash in and he gets to play with toys in there!

If you are wondering what the orange on his face's carrots. I took him straight from eating dinner to the tub because he makes a mess and Rocky is licking his face and hands while he eats haha!

6 month update.

Carson had his 6 month doctor appointment on Halloween. His doctor said he looks really good and healthy and has beautiful eyes and hair! He is 19 lbs. 9 ounces and 27 1/2 inches long now. The nurse weighed him twice because we both said there is no way he only weighs 19 lbs, but he does! I expected at least 22. Doctor said he can start eating 3 meals of solids a day so we started with rice cereal mixed with a fruit in the morning and a veggie for lunch and dinner today. He had carrots for the first time today and really liked them.

I haven't posted anything in a while because Carson is so busy. I have to keep him occupied most of the day, he only takes 2 naps now! I'm going to try and update on the last few weeks, so this might jump around a lot.

Carson loves Rocky, he always laughs at him and now he reaches out his hand for Rocky to lick and Rocky lets him pull his hair and his ears and doesn't care. When Carson is playing on the floor Rocky has to be right next to him, preferably on the blanket that Carson is on.

We had lunch at Mayberry's a couple weeks ago and Shane had to get a huge banana split sundae and wouldn't share, here he is showing off:

Let's see, what else...oh, for Carson's half birthday I made cupcakes and gave him one, this was his reaction, he was fine til we all started laughing then he got mad:

But he did get this cool car from Maw Maw:

We went to a Halloween party at Shane's mom's house the Friday before Halloween and Carson wanted to be a cowboy:

He didn't like the party though. He was scared by all the people and then some of the costumes scared him and he kept fussing the whole time. He calmed down after walking around with Pappy for a while and after I gave him a carrot and a celery stick to chew on, but I don't think he's really into Halloween yet, oh well haha.

Carson loves watching this tree outside the sunroom window blow in the wind. Whenever he is in his jumperoo or playing on the floor and see's it moving he stops and stares:

Oh, in case you were wondering, Carson doesn't hardly have any toys, poor him.

Contemplating what he should ask for from Santa:

Sucking his thumb as usual:

Shane playing video games, as usual:

Rocky, he looks kinda sad, poor him, never had any bones or food:
