Random

This is how Carson likes to watch TV sometimes, and recently he learned to scoot himself along the ledge...daredevil!

Carson eating squash while I make spaghetti (I sneak cut up squash in it and it makes it a little sweet, it's really good)

AND...These are the dolls that me and Kerry had and we miss them! We loved them! Old grandpa used to tell tales of a big tornado to all the barbies. And if we still had them, the set is worth $10 on ebay!!

up and coming artist.

Today I made homemade finger paints for Carson. He was more interested in eating it, which was okay since it was just cornstarch, sugar and water, but he got a couple masterpieces finished. He also decided he needed to sit on the table for the best results and climbed right up.

One of his paintings was made entirely by his feet and butt, now that's talent!!

New train.

Carson is pretty into this train set one of the girls at work gave me that her son wasn't playing with anymore. He also was into slamming the train into Shane's face and throwing it at his head haha!

Ralph Stanley

Shane and I went to see Shane's favorite, Ralph Stanley, last night at the Carolina Theatre. Shane was so excited. He got a CD and a t-shirt signed by him. It's not my favorite music but it was good and we had fun.

Here's one of his songs if you don't know who he is,

Watermelon boy.

When he finished he would not put the rind down. He brought it in the tub with him and cried when I threw it away haha. This boy LOVES watermelon.

My silly little boy!

Fort!

I decided to use my awesome construction skills and build a fort for Carson. It was not easy. I probably won't do it again. He tried to thwart all my attempts but in the end mommy won and the fort was built! Then Shane came in and said my fort sucked...nice.

He sat in it for about 15 minutes watching TV and playing then decided he'd had enough and proceeded to destroy it King Kong style.

Then took a load off and watched some more TV...

My son, the MONSTER BABY!

Yes, that is a roll of wrapping paper under his leg which he used to beat the crap out of his fort.

He make the pizza pie!

Carson fusses when I get home from work if he can't come in the kitchen when I make dinner so I started sitting him on the counter and give him snacks while I cook. This time I decided to let him help me make the pizza!! He thought it was pretty funny and was really squishing the dough and smacking it making sauce fly everywhere!

He makes a pretty tasty pizza! Maybe he'll want to work at pizza hut when he grows up hahahaha
